Refund Policy – FansTag AI

At FansTag AI, we are committed to delivering high-value marketing automation tools to our clients. While we believe in the effectiveness of our services, we provide a limited refund policy under certain conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refund

FansTag AI offers only an annual subscription plan. You may request a refund if:
– The cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of your subscription payment.
– The reason for the refund is reviewed and approved at FansTag AI’s sole discretion, in accordance with Malaysian digital consumer protection laws.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Refund (Subject to Approval)

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
– Service Not Delivered: You did not receive access to your account or system functionalities within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
– Technical Malfunction: You encountered critical technical issues that prevented normal use of the platform’s core features, and the issues were not resolved after investigation.
– Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.

FansTag AI will determine refund eligibility based on internal system logs and support communications. All refund decisions are final and non-negotiable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:
– Email hello@fanstagai.com within 7 days of the original payment.
– Include your account email, payment receipt, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

You will receive a response within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Method

If your refund is approved, we will process it via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Any applicable third-party processing fees may be deducted.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:
– The request is made after 7 days from payment.
– The system has been significantly used (e.g., more than 20 pieces of content generated or multiple campaigns launched).
– The request does not meet any of the acceptable reasons listed above.
– There is a violation of our Terms of Service, suspected misuse, or fraudulent activity.

6. Policy Updates

FansTag AI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available at fanstag.asia/refund-policy.
